Can you please do some more workouts that target your back? I and a lot of other people have pretty bad posture because we are hunched over at desks in school and whatnot and I’d like to improve my posture. It would be really helpful to get some tips!

For any chest day/workout, I recommend folks to start their warmup doing 3 simple steps in the following order . It won’t take more than a minute.

1. Pull your traps up ⬆️
2. Retract your shoulder blades back ➡️
3. Lower your scapula ⬇️

You are ready.
