Thank you for your ideas to improve the running technique and agility. Perfect!!! At 51 y.o. I still play soccer at the tournaments against youngsters and have to keep it better than those weak legs and brain boyz.

I feel there is a lot of exercises here. Those are really good and make sense of each other, but I feel you can break those to avoid too much knee tension if you want to give it a try. I wouldnt do too much volume for plyo

Hast du einen Tipp, ich bekomme immer sehr stark Muskelkater auch wenn ich viel und regelmäßig trainiere und auch langsam steigere. Was kann das sein bzw was könnte ich mal ausprobieren dagegen?
