You can not have good quality sleep if you're breathing through an open mouth. If you want to improve your sleep, you need to make a conscious effort of breathing through your nose during sleep.

In this video, I will show you tape that we often recommend and just to wear across the lips it's very comfortable. If your nose is congested, do the nose unblocking techniques from the Oxygen Advantage, put them into practice, because the more you breathe through your nose during the day, the more you will be able to breathe through your nose during sleep.

Why oh why didn't ANY of my lung doctors suggest nose breathing? What a difference. I thank you for the many changes I have experience following your advice. Definitely agree. Since I've started mouth taping and learning to breathe through my nose and diaphragm in general, I've been experiencing a huge increase my sleep quality and energy levels during the day.

I tried it yesterday! I never realized (until your videos) that over the last years, because of high stress, I started breathing more and more, almost all the time, with the mouth . . Yesterday I started my nose breathing sessions and I slept much much better, with immediate effect on me. Thanks!!!

I've been doing the tape for about a year. Its definitely helped my sleep, feels deeper when I wake up. It hasn't solved all my sleep issues though. But my snoring hasn't completely gone. But i love it. (i.e. unable to stay asleep, or get more than 5-6hrs)

I had a childhood similar to yours.
In the 80s snoring and poor sleep was referred to as swallowing the tongue.
At 68 years old, I have been following your instructions, tape on my mouth at night and at work with virus mask on. It's teaching me to nose breath after all these years.
Last night, sleeping on my back for the 1st time in a long while, I swallowed my tongue with taped mouth. Snoring with the tape on.
Strange I thought, but I love your instruction.

I started doing this a couple months ago and it's really helped my sleep and in turn improved my symptoms a little. It took me a long time of working on my breathing after Covid before I was able to tape my mouth but it's amazing now I can do - such a difference!
