You guys made me start working out again because you’re being real. You’re not promising unattainable results. You two are all about the process of it all rather than teh results which I thoroughly enjoy. I feel a little bad knowing that I’ll be dead by the end of the workout and Claudia is pregnant and probably look as stunning as ever.

Started with your beginner videos in mid December, with 2 and3# weights, and am now up to these 45 minute videos with 5-8# weights. Thank you for giving me my strength back!

YOu both are the best; from the lovingly teasing banter, constant encouragement you give the audience too keep going, not hiding when you both may fumble words or in a move. So happy I had your teams videos to rely on during quarantine and even now. My body has transformed so much using solely your youtube videos for strength training at home.
