Today, I am sharing a super simple 4-minute warm up you can use before your next leg day workout. Depending on how much warming up you need, do this 1-3 times for a total of 4-12 minutes!

WARM UP: 30-seconds on, 10-second transition for 1-3 rounds!

1) Walking High Kick
2) World's Greatest Stretch (Left)
3) World's Greatest Stretch (Right)
4) Squat to Stand
5) Cat Cow
6) Air Squats
