You made it sound like those were three magic solutions. For some people, they lessen the symptoms but don't cure anything.

Thanks for the tips but how can I get moving with Pots if I just end up passing out when I do physical exersize?

Ik your saying all this but as someone who lives with it, it cant be cured and if it does it takes years and hard work and uou will still have some of the symptoms even if you do do these tips so js it is very hard to get rid of

so i have near passed out and passed out a couple times now, and the last time i did it in class and went to urgent care, i had normal results for everything, but it seems like the symptoms for this is very similar to what i feel a lot, so i'm wondering how to go about telling/asking my parents about this because they don't know why it happens. it doesn't happen when i do physical exercise so it might not be POTS but i want to make sure. thanks!
