I just bought the size 1 in desert blush, it arrived in time for my period. I did a practice insertion like all of the videos say you’re supposed to using the c-fold, and it was perfect the first time. I’m excited to see how it works out for me.

Okay so I'm new to cups and am still learning myself and was finally able to insert it after my second cycle. If you've never had sex or are young (18 and under), I found that pushing out like you're pooping helps open your vaginal opening a bit more so that the cup can go in smoother. Also, make sure you're taking steady breaths while pushing for relaxation. Still learning how to position and remove it correctly but inserting is getting easier so yay!

I purchased two, to ensure I had the right size. It's been almost two hours, I've been checking my underwear with the back of my hand for any leaks. ZERO!! So far so good. No discomfort, unlike when you insert a tampon incorrectly. I sneezed, no leakage. My only Con, I cut off the stem without testing it first, skeptical I may make a mess when releasing. I used the fold technique, semi squatting as if I were inserting a tampon.
Also adding, watched a few videos, one said there was no SMELL and the colour Is different to what you see on a tampon or sanitary tower. I confirm this to be true. No smell what's so ever and rich in colour.

Tried this cup for the first time this cycle and I absolutely love it! I watched a couple videos about insertion and I really like the pinch method (fold in half then pinch one side down) since it makes a more narrow arrow to insert first. Once I get it though my pelvic bone (I think) I can feel the cup pop open, then I poke a finger around to check it and rotate it a bit. When I take it out, I actually use my muscles to push it out until the stem is almost completely out then I can wiggle the base until it pops out. I love how clean it makes me feel and I have zero leaks!! I wore it for 11 hours while sleeping and I didn’t even feel it! I wish I had started a year ago when I overslept and bled through my underwear and pants on a 14 hour flight 😭 I just put it in and take it off in the shower so it’s easier and change it when I wake up and before I go to bed. I play Taylor Swift to relax myself 😂

This is actually pretty helpful no one has explained how deep it's supposed to be so I felt like I wasn't going in far enough because it wasn't as deep as a tampon would go

Edit: I used the punch down fold and it went in right away and made a perfect suction It was faster than putting in a tampon I can barely feel it I think I just need to trim the little tail then I wouldn’t feel it at all!!

This is helpful! I got saalt small original and saalt soft regular. (I was intimidated by size and thought soft would feel more comfortable). Small keep slipping down and large is usually good, so long as I can get it to open up all the way. That's the hardest part.
