At the age of 15, i was having problems in menstruation cycle. I have consulted with a doctor, she told me that I am suffering from PCOD . I started taking green vegetables, Salad of vegetables, fruits . I also start doing yoga 30 min a day . After 5 months of regular medicines, finally doctor told me that now there is no need of medicine, now only yoga and healthy diet is needed. And now i am at the age of 29 having 3 children.

Glass of water with honey and lemons in the morning
Fresh fruit breakfast and lunch
Steamed veggies for lunch
Vegetables fruit or lemon juice
Eat a lot of green veggies spinach is great.
Berries
Nuts pumpkin flex sunflower seeds
Eat large bowls of salad
No fried greasy food sweets strong coffee
Drink 8-10 glasses of water

I am suffering from PCOD since last 3 months

Water with lemon and honey
Fresh fruits between bfast and lunch- bananas, apples, oranges, grapes, grapefruit
Or glass of milk


Lunch- vegetable, jowar ragi roti, buttermilk

Juice, lemon juice, Vegetable juice

Dinner- salad, tomatoes, carrots, beetroot, sprouted moong, chana

Cow milk+ turmeric+ black pepper+ aliv

Spinach, dard green leafy vegetables
Berries cheries
Flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds


8-10 glasses of water



Exercise- yoga, walk for 5-6km atleast



Develop a feeling of let go, vairagya, and live life systematically,
When angry, try breathing

I was diagnosed with pcod two years ago and then when i started doing exercises and yoga my stomach started hurting and then I got to know I have kidney stones so it comes with lots of restrictions too like not eating Spinach and milk and other things I started doing yoga again now this month

I have been following most of these suggestions since last 2 yrs and have lost 7 kgs of weight..
My periods were absent for quite some time and came back and became regular because of a yoga class..
I don't eat outside food since 2 yrs and use mustard oil and olive oil in my cooking preparations
There were a few points which were a good reminder as I love to have palak but don't eat it as much because of the hassle of cleaning it and short shelf life
If you can create a guided yoga session of these exercises it will be immensely helpful

*First thing in morning- Glass of warm water with lemon and a spoon of honey.
*Have fresh fruits during breakfast and lunch can be anything apple, banana, grapes etc. Or a glass of milk
*In afternoon have a bowl of steamed vegetable with roti of bajar or millet or whole wheat with glass of butter milk
*In evening have a glass of fresh fruit juice or lemon juice or vegetable juice
* Dinner- a bowl of salad any of tomato, Carrot, sprouts, chana etc
* Bed time- Have glass of milk with tumeric, black pepper and olive.
Pay special attention to green or leafy vegetables, berries(blue berry, black berry), nuts (almond, Lumpkin Seed)
* do exercise- badhrashan, Sukh, cobra, walk for 5 to 6kms or 10k steps
