- Six slices of baconโฃ
- Lemon juiceโฃ
- 1 teaspoon of garlic granulesโฃ
- 1 teaspoon of onion saltโฃ
- 2 teaspoons of herbes de Provenceโฃ
- 75g low-fat Greek yoghurtโฃ
- 125g light mayonnaiseโฃ
- One bag of rocketโฃ
- 10 bagelsโฃ
- One packet of hamโฃ

1. Cook the Chicken: โฃ
Preheat your oven to 220ยฐC. Spatchcock the chicken (cut out the backbone) for quicker cooking. Season it with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and a chicken stock cube. Rub the seasoning all over the bird. Roast at 220ยฐC for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180ยฐC for 40 minutes. Let the chicken cool before handling.โฃ

2. Prepare the Chicken: โฃ
Once the chicken is cooked and cooled, strip the meat and chop it into small pieces. Set aside in a bowl.โฃ

3. Cook the Bacon: โฃ
While the chicken is cooking or cooling, cook the bacon until crispy. Cut it into small pieces and add it to the bowl with the chicken.โฃ

4. Mix the Filling: โฃ
