GARLIC & HERB BUTTER
1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
2 teaspoons garlic finely minced
1 tablespoon parmesan grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
GRINDER SALAD
1 small head of iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup chopped pepperoncinis
1/2 large red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayo
1 tablespoon vinegar (red, distilled, or apple cider)
3 tablespoons parmesan grated
2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 to 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt more to taste
OTHER
bread of choice dutch crunch, hoagie roll
deli meats of choice turkey, pastrami, salami, etc

Just made this for dinner for my family. Only change is I used two TBL Mayo instead of 1/4 cup and used one TBL of mustard. I also added turkey bacon and only used turkey deli meat. So bomb! My 9 yr old ate her whole sandwich. I smashed to avocado to create a spread instead of slices to make it stick. This will be on regular dinner rotation. Bomb!!!! Thank you Moribyan❤️
