I feel silly, I was trying for about 5 minutes before and kept messing up, seeing him just run in place without the jump rope, I tried it immediately, then with the rope and got it down instantly within the first 2 minutes of the video... 😅😅 technique and proper form really is everything.

two small tweaks helped me get the run in place pretty quickly:
1- doing one run in place then stopping, repeat. That helped me get the rhythm quickly .
2- slight bringing my upper body to the front, just a little bit.

both were discussed by another video of the ZenDude

Thanks so much, I've been wanting to do this for weeks now and finally this video just made it all click. Sometimes when you take a break, you come back stronger.

Thanks dude. I have been playing this for a few month but cannot do the run skipping at all. I decided to look for a tips and after learning about the rhythm, finally I can make it right after I watch this video. For now only manage to do it slowly.

I just can't get the hang of this. I haven't been at it very long but I thought it would be easier than I am making it

Question for anyone, I've been doing these for months and finally got a rhythm but every dang time it kills my shins. I really need help or advice so I can do these but not kill my shins, it's really annoying at this point. I'm keeping my feet low but the pain even happens with the boxer step as well. I've taken breaks and healed up but it just goes right back to where i was, what's the deal?

Ok this one I'm having trouble finding my rhythm. I just finished the week one day 4 getting lean course and is the second day with running in place. I've seen both of the tutorial video and I can find that rhythm. Is it flick of the wrist once one foot hits the ground? Or before it comes up??

The crossrope's make the click noise and I hear that when watching this video. When the slowmo came on I watched your wrist and made a click noise the watched your feet and is looks like the click came in when your foot hit the ground. Am I wrong??

I just tried doing this technique a few days ago and I must say I did it first try. I did fail couple of times, but I just did it today and I must say I'm starting to improve little by little. I just wanna say thanks for teaching how to do this technique.
