In the past, my face looked dull. However, I managed to achieve radiant skin, free from pimples and dark spots, by adopting these practices. -:
1. Drinking water at least 3 to 4 liters per day.
2. Adding carrots or carrot juice into my daily diet.
3. Adding Littlextra Ricebery face wash into my daily skincare routine. It contains black rice water, which has been shown to provide 10 times more skin benefits than ordinary white rice water.
4. Going to the gym and sweating like anything.
5. Giving Steam to my face or entire body once every 20 days.

Washing your skin regularly enhances its look. Use a high-quality face cleanser to wash your face two times every day. I use only riiceberry face wash by litlextrra because it actually has the correct pH balance and is extremely gentle. This avoids pimples and gives my face a bright and better appearance all day.
Having juicy fruits helps maintain moisture and keep your skin's well-being. Using Vitamin C serum also improves skin tone.
Perform these repeatedly and see the results on your own.

Fun fact, when you go to sleep the natural barrier your skin has becomes porous and absorbs the nutrients in the serum much better so the last tip is very underrated.

One thing I would’ve included is a brief mention of what you eat.

I work in the health/wellness and supplement industry; a lot of people don’t realize the first step to having clearer skin is eating the right foods.

Take a look into it and some of the other benefits. You could do a whole video just on that (you may have already).

You literally are what you eat.

1) Decent cleanser
2) Toner applied with cotton ball (not completely necessary)
3) Apply a good quality serum (I like a quality Vitamin C serum in the AM, but a good Retinol serum at night)
4) Eye cream (absolutely essential)
5) Moisturizer (I use one with SPF in the AM, and a regular or Retinol one before bed)
BONUS: use a mask and/or exfoliator at least a couple nights a week (if you want to.

I like using Retinol products at night only (personal preference). This is my routine twice a day (before work and before bed). If you stay consistent, it WILL help your skin look great and fight aging.
