Stumbling across your channel has truly changed the way I look at what I’m feeding my body. I’m not particularly active and spend a lot of time at a desk but i have incorporated IF and ditched the snacking and sugar/carbs. I don’t feel hunger anymore. I still have 2/3 meals per day and the weight is dropping off me. And the best thing is I don’t feel miserable. I feel FULL and have energy. Thank you Autumn! Keto coffee cheers x x x

Hi Autumn! I just wanted to thank you for all the info you give out because it really helps a lot. I started doing intermittent fasting 3 times a week with exercise during the fasting period and completely avoid sugars & carbs during those days. I have lost 15 pounds in 2 months and 2 weeks!

This video comes in the right moment for me. I'm in 16/8 since November, skipping breakfast, staying in low carb. Weight and measurements are still at the same position. This morning I had a breakfast as I did not have since a while. I just wish I'd lost 5 kg and I've lost only 5 months! I'm frustrated even because I eat lunch and dinner, no snacks, and do exercises, walking, tabata, hiit, cyclette! Maybe is not for me

Hi. I’ve never understood the concept of insulin turning off fat burning. Could someone explain this to me? I’ve always believed weight was calories in, calories out. If I consistently spike my insulin, but only live off 500 calories a day (hello eating disorder), in my experience I still lose weight. When I live almost entirely off artificial sweeteners and Diet Coke, I still lose weight. I’m working on healing my relationship with food but this concept gives me so much anxiety because it makes it so much more complicated than I thought it was. I’m trying to listen to my body and eat when it’s hungry, but now I have to worry about this 😭😭😭 also I don’t mean this to be coming at Autumn in anyway, I have found her scientific approach to food extremely helpful!

i was only eating every third day and was still not losing weight. i agree with the anything sweet spiking insulin.
