Did my first muscle up on the 3rd of April. Tried it in the morning and thought I still couldn't do them. Tried again in the afternoon and it felt so natural I thought I didn't do it correctly. The next step for me is to do them with much more strict form by 2 months

You missed the most important thing. Many dont emphasize that one.
"Bring your Knees up and above your waistline while pulling yourself up in a C formation". You did the same in this video.
Thats how you achieve your first muscle up.

i finally tried to do a muscle up yesterday and i go two reps im proud, ik i had strength bc im able to do tiny clapping pullups but i never tried to do a muscle up

All these muscle up tutorials are cap, all you have to do is 50 pull ups a day, if you can do 10-20 in a row fast and explosively you can do a muscle up it’s 80% technique
