I have unsuccessfully tried muscle ups before, but I watched this video and a couple of days later I did my first muscle up. Two weeks later I now do 5 unbroken. Turned 60 a few months ago.

requirements: suck at muscle ups,
1:15 pull-ups (perfect form) 15 reps
1:35 hanging L-sit 15 seconds
1:58 straight bar dips 15 reps
2:26 toes to bar 10 reps
2:53 hanging leg raises ??
3:00 negative muscle-ups 10 reps
3:04 jumping muscle-ups 10 reps


5:37 magic button 10x
7:45 L-sit pull back ??X
10:34 lay over the bar 10x

I refused to do crappy muscle ups during my first year of training, working on my strength and form. Done my first muscle ups with light assistance a month ago and now rocking my first strict muscle ups with no bands (legs as straight as possible), thanks to you Chris, who taught me that only perfect practice makes perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Chris. Big inspiration 💪🏼

I started training this progression in November (around 8 months ago). Many times thought I would never be able to do even 1 muscle up but I kept training, even through the pandemic. Yesterday I did my first unassisted muscle up I'm so happy all the work I put in actually paid off in the end. Thank you for the help Chris!

I can't forget my first muscle up ..I did it in open gym in park..I literally screamed in excitement... Awesome feeling..🔥.. thanks u soo much sir...ur my first calisthenics teacher.. I've just completed 1 year of calisthenics 🙏❤️❤️
