Developed by a US Navy SEAL and as seen on TV, the Original Perfect Pushup uses the latest in biomechanics and engineering to achieve better results from pushup workouts. The training principles and innovations behind the Perfect Pushup originated with Alden Mills, a seven year veteran of the US Navy SEALs. Before going to Navy boot camp I bought these at target my 1st pushup hurt my wrist after a year and a half I still can not do a regular push up w/o excruciating wrist pain. Every Navy fitness test leaves me with unbearable pain. No therapy, MRI or X-Ray or Doctor has been able to help so far. Being is navy guy I wouldn't drag a navy seal inventor to the court but any suggestion for my condition would really help

pushups dont train biceps.. or guns as you recall
