Totally agree with you! Both getting a good night's sleep, and waking up early has changed my life. I've gotten rid of electronics before bed, set up a regular alarm I always wake up at which has now become a habit. I am way more productive in the morning, and having more time has just allowed me to accomplish so much, and also feel so positive about my day 🙂☀

Use to wake up at 5:30, hit the gym at 6, finished at 8, then got ready and made my way to class @ 9:30 . Seriously was so happy and content with that schedule, but due to family issues had to stop, I miss it .

I did this for a week and its changed my life in a sense that i feel WAY MORE organized and I feel i HAVE control over my life. Getting a 2 hour solid workout in the morning as soon as u wake up is AMAZING and i naturally wake up at 5:30 if i go to bed around 10-10:30 max ! i dont really have to try getting up early as long as i sleep early too!

Brought me back to High School with getting up early. There’s something about getting to the gym early that helps me to relax. Get the heavy lifting out of the way when it’s dark blue all over. When the sun is up I can handle all the other task and by late afternoon, dinner, and turn down with something relaxing to help drift into sleep. I’m not as organized when I wake up but you point out how doing that makes things simple and it does. Along with better meal prep, I shall try to be more consistent with this.

I used to wake up between 5 and 6 everyday and I felt incredible and always got much more out of my day. I'm trying to get back into that especially since starting up school again. This is a very helpful video and I hope you continue to keep this up! Also, I am a new subscriber and I have enjoyed your content so far. And your body is awesome! just work three shifts all your life, i am on the bike at 4.30am when on the afternoon shift, also when you are of a mature age you find you do not need much sleep. it is a beautiful time of the day

Great tips...I do try to get more sleep. I used get up at 4am to workout before my kids got up and it just set me up for greatness for the day ... Schedule has changed and miss it.

Love your video! Something I find interesting about serotonin is that it converts into melotonin!
It is also seen as both a neurotransmitter (made by neurons in the nervous system) and a hormone (made by blood in the endocrine system).

The majority of serotonin is made in the intestine so a diet that promotes good gut health is crucial to nurturing good serotonin levels and also other factors such as sunlight help too 😊
