By the end of this there is nothing a person can do because out of this list almost all of us are damned. I eat a mostly protein diet to fight obesity that won't maybe, but will kill me. In order to function on such a diet, large amounts of caffeine are used in place of carbohydrates. Then I have edema and find out all my doctors have me on medicines that cause edema and make it worse. None of us get out of this life alive. Live, love and do what you can within reason. And stop watching things that make you miserable about life instead of grateful for life.
