I agree, it is important to exercise. But what if we are busy and don't have time to exercise? I need to study and complete homework. I even need to complete projects. My school gives many projects to do. So I don't have much time. I often have good habits. I often get enough sleep, and I don't eat too much junk food.

They didn't mention damage done to a brain can come from a head injury. I got hit by a car and had a fractured skull.. It has affected my brain. The Dr said as I age it will get worse

But, intelligent people have fewer friends, as many of the videos on this channel have said, so how is being alone bad for your brain, I disagree with that, I love being solo, if im not with family, Im usually alone, if being alone causes dementia I'm in for it!

Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is not necessary you will make yourself run to the constantly drink water whenever you feel thirsty I'm doing that and I'm super healthy only time i get sick is when there is a change of season like from summer to winter

I exercise as often as I can in the day. This does not mean on computer or phone a lot of the evening. Waste of time.
