Join me for a 20 minute CARDIO ABS HIIT WORKOUT to burn calories and tone your core muscles. This the perfect high intensity, LOW IMPACT routine because we will not be jumping, BUT we'll be keeping that heart rate up the whole time. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This was my first workout with you and I loved it! So many no jumping cardio workouts are just all variations of squats so I’m really pleased this had variety and was fun!

thank you! At 50, I am so appreciative of the low impact to protect my joints - I've been an athlete all my life and my body needs me to. be more considerate of it's limits. I have done this training with my 9 and 7 year old daughters, now they are on vacation and there is not much to do due to the pandemic. Cardio steps and movements are easy for them. Thank you very much for your videos of cardio full body no jumping, it helps us for those of us who live in apartments and do not want to disturb our neighbors.
