Hi Mike! That's an awesome chicken salad you got there. I prefer chicken thighs though. I love using garlic and onion powder too, it's so convenient. Balsamic vinegar is my favourite too. I need to stock up a bottle soon. Do share more of your meals. It's very inspiring!

I’ve been 18/6 fasting went from 222pounds to 197pounds since December 2021 losing 25pounds within 5 months with little to no exercise just by calorie deficit n 80% of the time not eating the healthiest food. But my body shape is still the same y ? How much more do I need to lose to see a difference?
