This is a wall pilates beginner workout with weights. It is approximately 20 min Pilates glutes abs and arms workout with technique tips at the beginning for a safe and effective workout. It is ok to repeat this workout daily, however, the best way for you to build strength is to increase the challenge placed on your muscles over time. You can do this by repeating this workout for an additional round or 2, adding heavier ankle weights, or completing another video after this.
