This is a wall pilates beginner workout with weights. It is approximately 20 min Pilates glutes abs and arms workout with technique tips at the beginning for a safe and effective workout. It is ok to repeat this workout daily, however, the best way for you to build strength is to increase the challenge placed on your muscles over time. You can do this by repeating this workout for an additional round or 2, adding heavier ankle weights, or completing another video after this. Words can not express how proud I am of myself and everyone else who’s made it to day 3! We did it y’all!! Now my abs started crying on that last hold that was 10 seconds but I made it! 😁 I can do this, WE can do this!! Thank you Rachel!! See you tomorrow! 😊

As a guy i’m sure I’d catch hell from my family and friends for doing wall pilates but I’m 55 and I feel great after only a couple days of doing this! I always kept myself in shape when I was young and let myself go over the years. This is an excellent way of regaining flexibility, stamina, stance and strength. I actually can’t wait for my next session! Thank you Rachel!

Just completed Day 3, and feeling a little discouraged by how difficult these are for me. I try with all my strength, but it's very painful. I know it's because I haven't consistently worked out, so I just have to keep pushing. Even if I do less than the standard, eventually I'll get there with practice. I'm just proud of myself for making it this far, and not spending all day in bed anymore.

Day 3 is done! My abs felt it towards the end! I love how these workouts are under 30 minutes!

I feel it in my lower back and neck, and barely anything in the glutes.. I seem to be doing it correctly.. any advise?

Day 3. Oooh, this was a tough one. I opted not to wear the ankle weights (thank goodness!) … at least not today. I did wear them for the arms. That last 10 second hold was challenging. Onward! 😊

It’s so great to find something that I can do at any energy level, when I’m struggling with PMS or maybe haven’t slept well, or haven’t eaten enough or been working too hard. Better to do something like this every day rather than struggle to do a different kind of workout every so often.

I had a dance teacher that used to do the same warm-up with every level of class and she always said you work the warm-up, my top level students sweat during this warm-up because the better you get at it, the harder you can make it work for yourself. It’s so great to have a workout that you can control like that, that you can engage the muscles harder and with more intensity the stronger they get.

Why am I sliding out away from the wall while doing this ? Also my neck sore tge next day.. what am I doing wrong

I have struggled with my weight and rough PMS symptoms for the last couple of years. I really love this workouts and the momentum they make me feel. On day 15, I am able to feel I have better coordination when bending, better mobiliy and my PMS symptoms are not taking over me. Did I mention how energized you feel after each workout, like a rush to keep doing more 😅. Thanks Rachel you have changed my life ❤.
