Level: Beginner/Intermediate

If you don't have dumbbells you can use:
* 2 water bottles (1 16.9oz bottle is approximately 1 lb)
* 2 glass jars of sauce (1 24oz jar is approximately 1.5 lbs) or
* 2 cans (1 16oz can is approximately 1 lb).

Equipment shown:
Set of Dumbbells (optional)

This is a pilates workout to sculpt your upper body. It is a wall pilates with weights workout, designed to add more challenge with resistance training from weights. This can be a wall pilates workout for beginners, as there are modifications to adjust the exercises. This is a wall pilates workout for arms. This is a pilates workout for arm fat as increasing muscle in the arms through resistance training can assist in changing the appearance of the arms. This is low impact pilates workout on wall. This routine can be supportive of those who have weight loss goals and are looking for a wall pilates workout for fat loss. This workout will be a part of a 28 day wall pilates challenge coming soon! This is an under 15 min low impact pilates workout and can be done on its own or in combination with another workout. I have linked a wall pilates ab workout and wall pilates lower body workout to this video.

Day2 finished!
Rachel I have to thank you. For the first time after YEARS I found a work out which when it finishes I say "oh, is it already finish?" and I feel wonderful, full of energy and I CAN COMPLETE the whole warmup and workout without any problem! :)))

Day 2 done ✅
I m a mom of 2 have some extra kgs weight…I started at 85 kgs in last January came till 70 kgs in one year….its hard to shred these few last kgs….hoping this 28 days challenge will worth trying

Started your wall pilates challenge again after taking a couple weeks off due to crazy work schedule. It's amazing after 2 days I'm already feeling less tense in my lower back.

So good-I haven't done pilates in over 2 years, injust finished the warm-up, and then day 1 of the 28-day challenge, and I can already feel that I am going to be sore! So good, happy I found this. I am trying to get back on track with self care, and this seems like the best way to do it. Small steps that make a difference

Thank you so much for these videos! I had started working out faithfully for 2 year in my mid forties then developed tendinitus in both shoulders. That lead to a frustrating experience where everytime I tried a new kind of work out, I injured myself. Spraining my ankle while running, throwing my back out doing inclines on a treadmill, anything you could think of. I enjoy working out and had always considered myself strong and I was beginning to lose hope of finding something I could actually do to gently rebuild my strength and tone without injury. This plan is exactly what I need and the videos are short enough that I don't talk myself out if it! Thank you!!!

I just started the 28-day wall pilates and absolutely love it! 😍I've been looking for something to help rebuild my strength after torn labrum hip surgery.
