I love how they actually showed Kelli messing up a few times. It makes me much more motivated. Sometimes I get frutrated when a I can't do something... And seeing that even Kelli messes up sometimes makes me feel better and it makes me feel like it's ok to mess up. Kelli I LOVE YOU!

I lost 32 lbs in 3 months just jumping rope alone:
1.Try to eat healthier, even better result with IF(18-20 hours). Eating chicken breasts + brown rice is the best.
2.I jumped for more than 45 mins, 6 days a week. My technique is deviding workout into 2mins sets including jumping for 120 times + rest time. Warm up using this channel easy warm up video.
3.Wearing knees and ankles protectors is recommended because the workout is brutal.
4.Drink green tea 1 hour before workout can provide better performance.
5.Get at least 7-8 hours sleep. Drink milk at night if you find it hard to sleep.

My lower body has slimed down ALOT from jump roping everyday. 3 sets of 10 minutes. Even if I keep stopping I still burn allot of calories.

Hi!
Can you please do one more jumping rope workout, a long one 30 mins for example? I love these workouts, I can see more results with jumping rope than running!

Never underestimate the jump rope. I've fitness gurus who have worked out for years, are very physically fit, but they cant jump rope if their life depended on it.

AWESOME! I would love, love, love to see more of these! I haven't done this, I'm actually going to do a longer video to get a bigger calorie burn today. I'm feeling the new Strength, HIIT & Pilates Workout for a Bigger Butt & Strong Legs. That workout is AMAZING, I'm in love with it, lol. Do make another jump rope workout though, please.
