FINDINGS:

The study shows straightening of lumbar lordotic curvature.

Visualized vertebral bodies appear normal in height and marrow signal intensity for age

Partial disc desiccation noted at L5-S1 levels in the form of loss of hyperintense signal on T2W images.

Diffuse disc bulge with right para-central disc protrusion is noted at L5-S1 level causing indentation over thecal sac, secondary canal stenosis (central AP canal diameter = 8 mm) effacement of lateral recess, compression of traversing nerve roots and effacement of bilateral neural foramina (R>L).

Diffuse disc bulge is noted at L4-5 level causing indentation over thecal sac and encroachment over bilateral neural foramina.

Rest of the visualized intervertebral discs show normal height and signal intensity.

The lower end of the cord and conus medullaris reveals normal signal intensity.

No pre/ paravertebral collection is seen.

IMPRESSION: MR imaging reveals:

Take it easy when laying on stomach at first gently raise up and down don’t go to far to soon.low and gentle for a while or even just rest on elbows at first then a week later start gentle raising up and down. Just giving my experience. Slow and steady and consistent wins the race. 😊
