Today I want to give you a quick 15 minute workout you can do from home using just a set of dumbbells. You don’t even need a bench press. Depending on what dumbbells you’re working with at home, you might need to make some adjustments on rep speed in order to maximize time under tension and get results.
This is going to be a circuit style workout, and I want you to utilize slow and controlled form.Focus on each rep you do, don’t just rush through it.
