Super thank you. My arm won’t move as it is “fixed” on elbow, wrist and fingers, so a lot of exercises won’t work for me.
2 years post stroke. Frustrated! This channel is helping me through - hope and patience. ❤️

The field of stroke treatment has advanced greatly in recent years, but there is room and a way to make a significant leap forward in treatment

can you do a complete tutorial on how to lift the affected arm overhead?

This video is excellent and it is super duper important since strengthening the upper part of the patient also affects the leg and ankle for patients who are able to stand.

To open and close the door we will add turning movements of the head and the result is the opening of the neural pathway from the head to the hand, of course the movement needs to be repeated hundreds of times the opening of the neural pathway from the brain to the hand Thanks
THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE THANKE YOU VERY MUCH

Do you have modifications for ex 4, 6, 7 and 9? My arm is partially paralyzed, as I can move my arm from shoulder to elbow but unable to turn forearm to full supination, only turns to neutral position but my wrist and fingers work. Thank you.

Im curious to know, who here is experiencing or has had major shoulder joint pain since your stroke. ( not due to exercise, exercising and stretching actually helps alleviate the pain. Or is it just me? Thanks in advance for your feedback, trying to stay sane on this road to recovery and reigning in my impatience ❤😊

And why do I think this clip is the most important of all since the activity here is supposed to open the fingers and for those who do it while standing to loosen the ankle

The rotational movements of the hand, of the leg,
their purpose
release the
armpit of the leg, armpit of the hand,
Without it we
will not achieve rehabilitation
