There are daily 30-minute classes here at yogi institute. This is a whole being weekly yoga practice were each type of yoga offers a different focus.
Monday Vinyasa Flow Yoga- Increase Energy
Tuesday Kundalini Yoga- Awaken To Your Higher Self
Wednesday Restorative Yoga- Slow Down & Connect To YOU
Thursday Strength Yoga- Weighted Yoga Flow To Build Strength
Friday Yin Yoga- Empowerment Through Stillness & Awareness
Saturday Fusion Yoga- All Forms Of Yoga Together for Contrast

Yogi Institute has a full on-demand library with 100's of classes organized into different lengths of time, types of yoga and different focus points like yoga for beginners, yoga for healing or yoga for the chakras to name a few.

Yogi Institute is a Yoga Alliance certified RYS200, RYS300 and YACEP. Certifications are available online where you work at your own pace from your own space. Training programs are customizable for you and offer 3 different levels of support. Yogi Institute training programs teach the fundamentals of cueing and guiding the body confidently and safely in varying yoga practices.

RYS 200- Option to choose to focus on vinyasa, yin & restorative, strength/sculpt or kundalini yoga for your 200-hour certificate. Choose the type of yoga you are most passionate about.

RYS 300- Customize the 12-month schedule to match your schedule. There is 1 module released per month and you decide what you want to learn when.

Continued Ed- There are smaller trainings available as continued education and certifications. These trainings range from 10-75 hours.

Support- Though trainings are online, there is LIVE Zoom office hours WEEKLY for support every step of the way. This is an opportunity to connect, have community and stay accountable.
