I’ve always been “curvy” lol, but during covid I gained an extra 40 lbs since last March. It’s definitely from being at home, online work and school and stress from global events and not being as social as I’d like. I’m trying to give myself grace and be gentle because I also have low iron, but I’m so happy to see someone like you who’s been active your whole life be transparent about a struggle I thought was my own only. Thank you so much! So happy I discovered your channel.💙💙💙

I feel like during the stay at home I was very proactive I’ve gained about 20 lbs in the last 2 months. 😩😩😩 I’m so happy to be on this journey for you.

I'm with you. Completely relatable, working from home at my computer and I stopped exercise and meditation and I totally get it. Perimenopause is also what im dealing with so I appreciate this video and your journey and I will check out what you post.

I'll be with you! My body prefers intermittent fasting, but working from home for the last year threw me off my schedule. I'd love to reclaim the energy and health that I naturally embody, and that's always easier with community support. ❤

I have been looking for more aerobic style yoga practices because sometimes workouts feel too intense for me sometimes! Anyways— I love this. Yes, I have also gained weight - 10-20 lbs, not exactly sure - but I know my body feels off and unbalanced. Stress eating and not moving as much during the winter

I’ve also gained a bit of weight! Probably 15-25 pounds or so. I also work from home and I’ve been much less active and a lot of things going on in the country and my personal life have just sunk me into this depression.
I’m so happy I recently found your channel though! Your videos have helped me reclaim a sense of purpose and joy in my life.

Same! I gained weight this year due to low physical activity, high stress because of the pandemic and being a care taker for my mom who was battling cancer during this time, plus the social unrest. Food was a comfort. But now I am very uncomfortable in my body, movement and sleep is a bit more difficult. I’d love to go on this journey with you and checkout all the instructors you mentioned! Thank you 🙏🏾💕🙂

Oh yeah I need this, for sure, obesity runs rampid in my family.
I'm also physically disabled, so I need to be careful. I'm currently exercising 3 × a week ( walking/ chair leg exercises)
Got mobility issues. Thank you darling you are so very loving.

I'm so glad I found you. Gained 40 pounds over 4 years. Sedentary as well. Last two weeks been commiting to walking outside on the weekends. Stared to cook my own meals mostly lentils/beans and green salad.I'm chubby with a big belly and heavy breast. Feeling undesirable and unattractive. However I'm takjng mh life in my own hands snd will be doing more.

I gained 15lbs and four weeks ago I had the same realization that I feel terrible and I hate how I look in pictures so have made the switch to more plant based and already feeling 100% better and a lot less bloated/inflamed lol

Thank you for this, I've had long term issues being overweight.this has uplifted me this morning.stress, anxiety an just having get up an go has been issues.ive never tried yoga. But I want to try, you are a Beautiful Goddess. Plus size yoga teachers would be very helpful ..I'm 17 stones . I am going to start walking more now, in Nature💮🌳🍁

I’m in! Yes, I gained about 15 lbs (afraid to step on the scale nowadays). I have not been working out like I used to and stress eating a LOT of sugar. I feel like a blob. Lol!
My body fights weight loss and loves weight gain anyway, partly because of my body type and largely because of eating disorders in my youth.

Just what I need, thanks for sharing! Pre covid 155. Now 170. Goal would be 145. Working on starting an online biz and more sitting than ever before. Tons of stress & overwhelm plus going thru perimenopause at 53. I was too exhausted for exercise. Before covid, I was a consistent exerciser for 20 years. Sooo ready to start again lol
