Menopause causes insomnia so if your doing everything right menopause will still revenge sleep
I don’t drink caffeine I walk 3-6 miles a day I avoid sugar but I have insomnia

I just did Hiit this week after weight training for five weeks. The hiit i think launched a big cortisol dump. I can’t sleep well, feel irritable, anxiety and nerves are shot. Good to know about steady state cardio. Thank you

Fermented foods are high in histamine and that can definitely cause insomnia. Even citrus fruits, too.
