Prayer works miracles...n not these 5-10 sec prayers..but faith filled prayers will renew things diet n pills n etc can't do.

Yes, spending more time in nature, I used to hike and trail run and want to get back at it. Awww yes caring for pet calms you and puts u in the present moment and definitely chosing to eat healthy from a perspective of self love ❤

I really need to remember that!
Luckily on nice sunny days I do go outside, either to mediate or do some yard work. I call it going outside to get my "D 's " . My neighbor and older brother loved when I said that and they told me thats what they gonna say whenever they will go outside.!
I also have a pet cat. I may have to play with her more. She's 13 y.o..

Young animals are a lot of work… I would recommend an adult or a senior pet.

Being outside in nature isn’t as calming for fat women as it is for everybody else because being outside means that you risk constant fat phobic attacks from random people. But I hear you, if you can find a spot that isn’t so populated with idiots it can be calming
