If you are struggling with ankle mobility, don’t sleep on a mid-foot mobilization 🦶🏻
🔐Unlocking the joints through the mid-foot that allow the foot to pronate and supinate can make a huge difference in allowing the ankle to increase dorsiflexion
✅ I recommend performing 10-15 reps each direction of this drill prior to your ankle mobility work and see what happens!
This is also a great recovery movement after a trail run or hike on uneven terrain ⛰️
🚨What I like about this ball is that it is softer and more forgiving than a lacrosse ball allowing a bit more opportunity for the foot to sink in and mold around it as you mobilize
