On a serious note, would you back squat without warming up/activating your legs? Probably not at least I’d hope not. So why would you train without warming up and activating your feet, the foundation to your entire body? 🧐
Your feet have over 100 tendons, muscles, and ligaments meaning if one of those is funky so is the rest of your body…space your little toes friends 🫶🏻

My favorite way to get some toe spacer time in is on the couch with my morning coffee followed by rolling out my 👣 with the ei8ght ball to hit those trigger points!
