Post work - protine shake
Lunch - roti, paneer bhurji, salad, chaas
Evening snacks - sprouts chat
Dinner - rice, chole, salad
Milk ( optional)

1. Stop Junk food
2. Stop sugar and sugary drinks
3. Intermittent fasting
4. Two time healthy meal
5. 1 glass fruit juice in evening
6. 8-9hrs sleep
7. Less stress
8. Avoid peer pressure into eating
9. 30mins home/gym workout every single day

If I calculate the ingredients and quantity used, this is coming up to about 1800 kcals. I cup roasted oats = 307, half cup paneer = 326, 2 roties = 142, 1 apple = 71, 1 spoon peanut butter = 96, protein drink = 100, 1 cup boiled chickpeas = 269, 1 cup cooked basmati rice = 210, 1 cup buttermilk = 90, veggies used through out the day = 100 approx

Think long term, I cannot stress this enough" That is key. Train 3 days a week + some cardio on off days, eat healthy with some fat and HAVE FUN. Depending on your physique and age it may take from 2 to 5 years so do not give up and stick with it!

Di ek bat bolu mene itne sare video dekha hai par kisi ki bat sach ni lagti pta ni apko sun kar or dekh esa lagta hai sab kuch jo bhi aap bolti ho sach hai or apko dekh kar lagata hai me bhi weight kam kar sakti hu love you di☺️

Oats and Roasted oats - 6 gms
Peanut butter - 3 gm
Soy protein shake/roti/ idli/pancake- 27gms
Paneer bhurji and buttermilk- 16.5 gms
Sprout chat- 7 gms
Chole ki sabzi semi boiled - 4 gms

Bohat bohat shukriya madam ji.aap ne bohat acha diet plan dikhaya hai ye sab jo aap is video me dikhaya vo tou humare hyderabad me khane ke bad snacks ki tarha use karte hai.
I'm from hyderabad humara khana bohat ajib hota aur timing bhi compare with other cities in India.

Very informative video but I feel the calorie calculations for the recipes where ghee or oil is used were a bit off as 1 tbsp contains about a 100 calories by itself. Just my 2 cents but I enjoyed watching the video :) Keep up the good work!
