The way i did, was, I grabbed the bar, and stretched my legs. I asked a friend of mine to hold my feet from below, and give me a little boost when I pulled myself. Easiest thing ever. After that, I did it myself alone, like teaching the muscle.

LittleBoxXx x You probably already had good strength, as explained in the tutorial some people may be able to do their first muscle up in the same day after trying it a couple of times, some may need up to 3 months it will vary from person to person depending on, strength, body weight, physical ability etc... but thanks for your feedback and CONGRATS on doing your first MUSCLE UP :) - Thanks for following WCO's Youtube Channel.
