Focus on the twist at the top, and hold for at least one second, before beginning the negative. Remember it's not the weight per se that gives you bigger muscles, but the time that your muscles are under tension. This is called Time Under Tension. The amount of time that your muscles are under tension, is the most important aspect of lifting for most people trying to bulk. It makes you stronger, you can focus more on your form (Super overlooked portion of lifting for a lot of people), and it causes more micro tears to your muscles, paving the way for hypertrophy. Remember to keep those elbows fixed in place next to and slightly in front of the waist and not allow the elbow to move back on the eccentric portion of the movement.
