Good video on the current job market brother. However, I will have to disagree with the statement where you say that you need to be an exceptional student to land a job. I know friends with a 2:2 degree who have got a sponsored jobs and people with first-class degree who ended up going home with no jobs. In my opinion, a good degree and university only helps you with the application stage. The remaining is how well you perform on aptitude tests, how good your communications skills are on a phone/video interviews and most importantly how you perform on the assesment centre day. The main skills they look for are how you perform within a team, how confident you appear and if you speak clearly and if you look approachable and what you have learnt from previous experiences which I think a lot of Indian students lack because the school/college systems in India don't give priority to students to learn these skills.

Hello BritIndians, there are articles on internet that are saying that PSW is available only if you’re in UK by 6th April 2022.
Below is the article text for PSW Visa:
“Applicants who began their study in autumn last year or spring this year will need to be in UK on a student visa by 27th September 2021. Students beginning their course later this year or early next year will need to be in the UK by 6th April 2022 to apply for PSW visa.”
Nothing has been mentioned for sept 2022 students. So PSW visa is available for sept 2022 intake students or no? Here’s the confusion
