I am 102 years of age and just achieved this, this morning. I took my dog which she was a little sceptical walking backwards but she got there in the end. I feel great and will continue this workout daily. I have been shot 9 times in the war and have bad knees but i was able to achieve this. Anyone can if they put there mind to it.
At ease soldier.
Regards, LTG Davis.

I could feel the difference in my athletic ability after doing the Knee Ability Zero and backward walking/sled helped me tremendously

I love this! Super smart way to get people moving who have lost the ability to run.

I used to do this 20 years ago in high school. I was on the track team. My meets were 1600, 800 meters. I would run 2 laps backwards because it helped add strength and speed going forward.

I started at a 16 minute mile two months ago. Now I'm at a 9:27 mile and then two miles of HIIT after that, running hard for two to three minutes then brisk walk or slow jog for one minute.

This is a good start. I have bad neuropathy but even I can get the 5 minute in and rest then go again. Even going to the end of the street and back can get you going.

I haven't been running in 16 years until two weeks ago. Ive done 9 runs doing only 1 mile at a time. I go slow. I just a couple weeks its already becoming easier. 1 more week and ill push to 1.5 miles.

I've started incorporating his ideas about knee strength into my exercises. I find it wild how standard right process to protect the knees is to not stress them when we already know stressing muscle is how to strengthen it...

I gotta try this .At 63, i feel as if im losing some balance and motion. This looks like the right way to start out in a practical manner.

I actually walked backwards up our basement steps & then walked backwards outside. I have a knee that's been hurting for a couple months, it's sort of healing now. But I can still feel it being off internally, but I've developed an ongoing Charlie horse & it really got irritated when I walked backward, I stopped for a few mins to get my S. I. Joint issue to relax, but finished to my destination. I've got a lot of obstacles that make walking forward a challenge lol but I am going to keep going. Not jogging, my ankles have never liked it, as a kid, teen or adult. 😊
