Looks like a good little workout. Will incorporate this. After that, I will look into getting a giant wall clock. Version 1: Wow, that's the largest indoor clock in the history of clocks or the indoors ! Version 2: England called, they want to know what time it is, and also they want their Big Ben clock back.

Thank you!! I did these and badly needed . I suffer from piriformis causing Sciatia on my left side also tight left hamstrings. So it was a challenge ..but will keep doing these. . Any other exercises you can sent a link would be helpful address my issues. Thanks again.

I’ve been experiencing some leg pain. Went to a PT and she said my IT band is tight. Is this a good workout to help with that? What exercises do you like to help with IT band issues? Thanks
