Started doing this when I was 12... now I'm 23, and still keep coming back to this. Nothing is as good as this programe, and I'm sure that over the years I've tried at least 20 different ones. Please, don't ever remove this video, it's a gem!!!

I've been doing this for a few weeks now and IT WORKS! I recommend this to anyone who wants muscular abs.

If your neck hurts, make sure you're crunching with your stomach and not jerking forward with you neck muscles.

If your core is still weak, just crunch as hard as you can but don't try to look like the animation guy. He's not real but you are.

Do what you can and stick to it!

YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!

In case anyone is wondering if this works, it does!! I’ve been doing this for about 4 months now along with athleneX 7 minute home abs workout, this along with maintaining a slight caloric deficit, went from being skinny fat to now having a noticeable 6pack. Consistency is everything, I’ve done it damn near everyday and now I’m proud of the progress I’ve made thus far. Now I just gotta keep going...good luck to all of you!! 💪🏾

I do it everyday before sleeping. Today it's 26th day. No even one day less. It does really work. Belly fat gone. I'm moving to level 2 on the 31th day. This summer, see u on the beach.

I've been doing it about 2 to 3 times a day no neck pain or nothing and you really see a difference !!

This does work for a fact I did this workout two years ago before I went to bed for two weeks straight and I definitely had my ABS coming it the upper abs stood out the most, recently I gained weigh due to depression but I'm back at it again with this workout to Get my belly back and my six pack coming in again

Well, I have seen some comments -mostly ironic or negative, discouraging actually for the new people- regarding the "neck" and people, seriously: if you don´t know how to properly do abs, just get a Lipo.
It DOES work. I started seeing results in less than a week. So it is a matter of discipline and committing to yourself. Thank you so much to the one who posted the video, this is the first workout that have helped me to start seeing my abs so soon. Blessings

I can personally attest that my best friend used this for a few months in 2017/2018 and got his core absolutely SHREDDED, and he was thin and not muscle-y at all before starting.
