Thank you, I have done this twice and both times I have done this my stomach gets bigger than before. Now that I have found you to add to the numerous people who believe in this just as I do perhaps magic will happen for me and this CRUEL person will stop doing stupid things to me against fitness experts advice such as yourelf. I am following your advice as I still look pregnant 11 years later and i try really hard. Im in tears writing this. Day 1 going to come here un 30 days and again in 60 dayd after doing this four times a week.

To be honest, I don't have the stomach vacuum yet. So what happens after when you hold your stomach down to your spine for 20 to 30 seconds?

I’ve been doing it standing up for a while and it’s very uncomfortable for me. Now it’s much better doing it laying down. thanks a lot for sharing and demonstrating !!❤

Ivana you are best Teacher. I am able to do Vacuums 4 Sets up to 1:00 to 1;10 .Using trx Ropes . It is fun to do them.

Ms. Ivana - Thank you for this video. I do see the benefit but sometimes I get neck and shoulder pain. Am I doing something wrong, is there a way of doing this exercise without hurting my neck or shoulder?

I did this exercise for 4 mins. I can feel the burn in my abdomen so it must be working my muscles, but its hurting my lower back (I have bulging disks and spinal stenosis in my L4 & L5) Is it safe to do long term? Also made me feel a little dizzy....

I tried this exercise a few years ago but don’t think I was doing it right. I had a tummy tuck 3 weeks ago and been told my muscles are good but my skin tone is bad (I look boxy :(.. ) will this help my skin tone? Thanks

I have read & watched conflicting info about doing the vacuum as far as breathing goes. I know you said it's ok to hold your breath (which is a good thing bc otherwise I just can't seem to stay true to form trying to breathe) I think I'm performing these correctly but often wonder. I feel that slight cramping behind and maybe slightly below my belly button... Does it sound to you like I'm hitting TVA? plz & thank you

Okay so this won't make you lose weight, but kind of manage the amount of food your stomach holds so you get full quicker, right? Or how does this help?
