As you know all change begins and ends with your mind. If you want change or transformation in your life it begins in your mind. If you want to manage and maintain that change you must do so with your mind. These changes ARE POSSIBLE. They are within your reach and ability if you take the steps on journey of your own POD.

Your POD is simply that, a practice. It is not a mystical awakening. It is not striving for a moment of bliss or relaxation. Yes, all those things may happen during and through your daily practice, but it is not the aim of your POD.

The aim of the POD video series is to help you build a toolbox of understanding and insight into your mind. Through varied and repeated exposure you will gain mastery first of a skillset and then of your mind and life.
It’s not magic. It’s science. You can master a piano scale with daily practice. Now you can master your mind and the transformation you want in your life by beginning your POD today.
