A great script, I'd have enjoyed it if the turning music up and down wasn't there. Not enough silence in between prompts, either.

If the music wasn't interrupted and talking was reduced to 50%, this would be a wonderful video. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I began actually feeling stressed and I had to stop the video.

The volume drop just before speaking is very distracting

Turning the music up and down is a HUGE distraction. I lasted 5 minutes. Not conducive to relaxation and very hard to focus on the meditation itself.
