Great tips! Crazy, but I struggle the most with water intake (which I never did before having kids).
Random question: What are your thoughts on protein powders? I am looking for one that doesn't cause bloat and gas. Seems like the fillers for most of the brands are the culprit. I am currently looking into KaChava. Thoughts on the ingredients? Maybe you can do a video on that!

I'm so happy I'm not alone in the fact that when I am dehydrated I actually do not want any water. When I'm hydrated I want more water lol
