Frequency more to do with muscle protein synthesis not absorption. Key to get min. 3 net grams of leucine per meal. With each successive meal mps diminishes. Difference in mps of three versus five meals is minimal, plus you get to finish eating earlier to allow GH to ramp up during sleep cycle. Just use longer intervals of four+ hours between meals. Better for insulin regulation too.

Unless you hate seafood, you really should add salmon (Atlantic, sockeye or Steelhead [trout]) and tuna.
Ground turkey is another incredible source of protein that tastes great.
Chicken is my week-to-week foundational protein source but I also need some variety.

Eggs with sausage and chocolate milk for breakfast. Burrito bowl for lunch, chicken tortellini for 3rd meal, salmon with rice or chicken pasta sides. Lots of chocolate milk too. About 2900-3400 cals :)

I eat 3 meals a day around 1.5 to 2 lbs of beef per day, at least 4 whole eggs a day, the rest is fruit, raw honey, or sweet potatoes. I have no need for nasty tasting protein powder.

The day lifting becomes this for me is the day I lose all motivation, I'm prepared to do this in the beginning to get big like i currently am but once I do, I'mma enjoy meals, have cheat days, not think of killing myself if i miss diet 😂. Like maybe this guy's whole life is gym so he can think like this but not me.

That's exactly what I eat aswel. 200gram chicken breast day 4 eggs day 200gram 5 percent mince a day Greek yogurt I usually do 250gram and add 1 scoop of protein powder put some strawberries in there beautiful 😍 protein cheese on toast pretty nice 🤣
