For anyone struggling with a sugar craving, I have an awesome tip. Chop yourself up some strawberries or banana and melt a couple of squares of dark chocolate over it. Melting it makes it go a lot further and you can even add a little almond butter or chopped nuts to it for a filling dessert. Also works well with raspberries and blueberries.

I like the background in the living room, it's cozier and more personable. I love when you open up more about yourself, and give examples about yourself, for example when you mentioned (you're def not the person that can eat anything you want and it won't affect your body) because it's relatable. I like sweet potatoes too, I put them in the mini oven at work while I'm working and it's done by lunch time and I add beans and other toppings, I make quinoa in my crock pot before work on the lowest temperature and it's done for dinner by the time I get home. I need to eat more salads and greens but I incorporate spinach in my morning smoothie. I lovvveee hummus, I wanna make my own. I should really start replacing dessert with fruit.

My fave recipe is to make a "Tabouleh Quinoa" its sooo good!! Basically its quinoa with parsley, diced tomatoes with lemon juice and thats all! Its so filling & healthy you all should try it :D

hey Annie!Good video, these types of videos keep me motivated and inspire me want to change the way I eat and the way I look at food!
