The Workout

30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (¼ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope boxer skip (¼ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce (¼ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope boxer skip (¼ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope feet front to back (½ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope feet side to side (½ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope feet front to back (½ lb rope)
30 seconds - jump rope feet side to side (½ lb rope)

(10 seconds rest between sets)
(Rest 1 min between sets)
(Complete circuit 5x total)

So I started skipping rope maybe a month ago. It’s changing my life. I’ve lost maybe 4 pounds or so while progressively gaining strength and muscle. I’m doing tricks and people watch me in the gym like I’m some kind of boxer. All thanks in part to you guys. Keep this channel going

I DID MY FIRST DOUBLE UNDER (+3 continuous du’s) YESTERDAY!!! Thanks to all your videos and endless tutorials 😂 started 3 months ago, always had a hard time committing to fitness because I found it so boring and not sustainable. I’ve fallen in love with skipping and it’s so much fun. I find myself watching skipping videos and thinking of it even on rest days. Lol anyway, thanks again! This one is great. Can’t wait to try.

today I received my basketball shoes and last week the crossrope. just did my first tries for 5 min. my best streak was 6 jumps. I am 54 years old and never did jump ropes before, even as a teenager. your videos inspired me to start. looking forward for my next run tomorrow.

I’ve been jump roping for the past 2 weeks, and I think my form is good as I’ve managed to learn a decent amount of tricks.. anyhow was wondering how to help with the shin splints, I have them on both legs and they only come back when I start jump roping.. was also wondering if an hour 30 is way too much, I probably spend 40-50 minutes of it actually jump roping.. I allocate 30 for hiit, and the rest is just practicing tricks

I keep making excuses because I have a bad rope I just ordered a Money rope from Rush athletics it should come tomorrow sadly I can’t afford crossropes so hyped to do your workouts!

This is superb, only negative thing with your workouts is that you guys did one circuit and at the end say to continue yourself, but this one is the complete circuit 🥰

First time trying to follow a jump rope workout...made it to the end! I just got my get lean set 1.5wks ago, but I only tripped up a few times and could keep up(although much slower). The only adjustment I made after the first circuit was to change the ropes in between circuits, instead of in the middle because I couldn't change them fast enough in the 10 second break. Looking forward to trying out more and improving my skills!
