A beautifully balanced athlete, and as fellow athletes, this is the bar we need to aim for too . If your serious about running, take drills seriously and practice these. If we wish to remain injury free and to run more fluently, we should watch this endlessly and practice her art. Bet she can move at some rate of knots too . This is perfectly executed. The goal is not to get exhausted. Some runners may think it is a waste of time, but it pays... if executed properly.

I love how the music matches the cadence of the movements! It almost looks like a dance! That being said, I've neve done many of these drills and as a 'slogger' have been injury prone over the years. Guess it's time to start eh.
