Im in my 10th day of doing this, started doing this 2 weeks ago. 5x a week. And I CAN SEE RESULTS!! I CAN SEE THE GAP BETWEEN MY THIGHSSS 😭❤ i so luv this intense workout, the burn you feel rn will definitely give u the biggest results, u just have to be patient and keep going!!! 💋💋
