Should I try to be with my dissociation? Or is the dissociation a result from a different emotion I have to feel, it feels like the Dpdr is the scary feeling that I don’t want to feel, but I know Dpdr is caused by fight or flight feelings, I get so confused lol .

HOW do I get the stuck emotions and pain to come forward/release though, I need an effective method. Just trying to think about him or bring attention to them does not make them release from you.
